Webinar Sessions Thursday, April 29 & Tuesday, May 4, 2021 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (EST) Through policy and funding changes, Maine is shifting community support services for those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities away from center-based services. Join us to learn from providers in Connecticut, Iowa, Maryland, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania as they share the how-tos of their transformation away from center-based services. Presenters will share and discuss their specific service structure, change process, lessons learned, barriers conquered, rate methodology changes, and service offerings across various needs. The webinar is intended for anyone working directly or indirectly with adults with IDD or Autism.
