OADS Notice of Agency Rule Making Upcoming Public Hearings

OADS has two public rulemaking hearings scheduled for this week.  The first hearing is about amendments to the grievance policy.  The second is about a new rule related to rights and basic protections for individuals with an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder or acquired brain injury.  Here are the links to the hearing information:
